Terry Duesterhoeft is President and CEO of A&D Medical.
He is leading the evolution of A&D Medical’s business to one
more laser focused on the total consumer and patient user
experience, ensuring its products and services can bridge across
lifestyle, wellness and professionally managed applications.
Since 1977, A&D Medical has manufactured and distributed a full
line of advanced biometric monitoring solutions including blood
pressure monitors, weight scales, activity trackers, and other
health monitoring devices for consumer and professional use.
A&D Medical is an innovative worldwide leader in connected
health and biometric measurement devices and services for consumer
wellness and chronic condition management, marketing under the
A&D brand globally and additionally, under the LifeSource brand
in North America. A&D Medical is a division of A&D
Company, a global manufacturer of measurement equipment, with
operations in Asia, Europe, Australia, Russia, North America, and
South America.
Prior to joining A&D, Terry was the President of Honeywell
HomMed, one of the pioneers and market leaders of the telehealth
and remote patient monitoring industry. In his tenure at HomMed
Terry was instrumental in moving towards ‘Cloud’ hosted solutions
and away from proprietary HW to the integration of consumer mobile
devices. He also spent over ten years with GE Healthcare in
marketing and product development executive roles, including
leadership of Global Marketing for its general imaging ultrasound,
a $1B business. Additionally, Terry spent several years in
entrepreneurial healthcare ventures as one of the early members of
ZONARE Medical Systems, XStor Medical, and Vasamed.
Terry has an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN
and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of MN.
